Welcome to Christian Education
"Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; For His loving kindness is everlasting." Psalm 100
The Psalmist uses the word everlasting. We could also use words like: endless, infinite or forever. That is a long time! God was there for our grandparents and will be there for our grandchildren. .. and beyond! Let us remember to give thanks to God this day and everyday.

God and Family Program for 4th and 5th Graders
Michelle Bailey is leading a program for 4th and fifth graders and their families. God & Family is the second of four levels of the God & Country program created by the national church bodies. God and Country is a CHURCH program, not a scouting program, but the awards are approved to wear on the official Boy Scouts and Girl Scout uniforms. It is a Bible based curriculum and requires that students read scripture and answer questions about the Bible. Boys and girls in Grades 4-5 will need to have an adult mentor such as a parent or grandparent. The God and Family Award is designed to help youth understand the importance of family and God’s role in a healthy family. The God and Family Program provides an opportunity for young people and their families to explore their faith together. Children will compare families and “pizza.” The pizza theme is meant to give students a concrete, “hands-on” model on which to build their understanding of God’s love for their families.

Past Events
Advent Workshop
We made ornaments and advent wreaths, ate cookies and picked up costumes for the Christmas Pageant. Many thanks to those who helped make our Advent Workshop a great success!
Heifer Farm Trip
We had a great trip out to Rutland, MA to visit the Heifer Project’s Overlook Farm. Children milked a goat, collected eggs and spun alpaca in yarn. We toured their villages, fed pigs, and met a very friendly camel all while learning about Heifer’s work helping families around the world achieve sustainability.
